Reservations can be cancelled via the link below until 12 PM on the day before the day of arrival. By cancellation via this link, a full refund will be given - but only when the cancellation is made via this link.
Reservations made after 12 PM on the day before the arrival day are binding and will not be refunded. This applies even if the room isn't visited.
Please note: By cancellation it is possible to cancel the entire reservation or only parts of it.
If you want to extend your stay, you can do it by making a new reservation.
