Cancellation

If you have made a booking at a BB-Hotels property via our website bbhotels.dk, you can cancel and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the arrival date.

You can cancel by email at bbhotels@bbhotels.dk on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

When submitting your cancellation, please include your name and the reference number found in the confirmation you received when making your booking.

Bookings made through Booking.com
Bookings made via Booking.com cannot be cancelled through us and must instead be cancelled directly on Booking.com.
Please note that cancellation policies on Booking.com may vary depending on the rate category you selected.

To cancel through Booking.com, you can either click the link in your confirmation email, use their app, or here.

If a booking is made less than 48 hours before the day of stay, it is binding and non-refundable, regardless of whether the room is used or not.

Would you like to cancel part of your booking?It is possible to cancel part of your booking by sending us an email, following the same procedure as for a standard cancellation.

Would you like to extend your stay?
If you wish to extend your stay, you can do so by making a new booking.
Afterwards, please contact us by phone at +45 7022 55 30, and we will do our best to assign you the same room.

Folkemødet on Bornholm + DGI Festival
Bookings made in connection with Folkemødet on Bornholm or the DGI Festival are binding and cannot be cancelled.

Ferie For Alle | FoodExpo | Hest & Rytter | Icehorse Festival
Bookings made at BB-Hotel Herning or Frederikshavn in connection with these events are binding and cannot be cancelled.
